Is your jewelry made of real silver?
The majority of our collection is made from S925 sterling silver. This means that the jewelry consists of 92.5% pure silver, supplemented with a small percentage of other metals for added strength. Sterling silver is known for its high quality, durability, and timeless appearance.
Additionally, we also offer a selection of stainless steel jewelry. The material of each piece of jewelry is always clearly stated in the product description, so you know exactly what material you are buying
Are the gemstones real?
Yes! We exclusively use real natural gemstones. As gemstones are natural products, each stone is unique. Small differences in colour, pattern, shape, and natural inclusions are inherent and make your piece of jewellery truly special.
In some cases, we use a lab-created, man-made or treated gemstone (for example, a heat-treated stone). When this is the case, we always clearly state it in the product description. This way, you know exactly what you are buying and will never be unpleasantly surprised.
Do the jewels discolor?
S925 sterling silver can oxidize over time due to contact with air, moisture, perfume, or other external influences. This is a natural process and not a sign of inferior quality. You can easily restore its shine with a silver polishing cloth.
Stainless steel is very colorfast and easy to maintain, but we still recommend avoiding contact with perfume, cleaning agents, and other chemical products as much as possible. This way, your jewelry will stay beautiful for the longest time.
How do I care for my jewelry?
With proper care, you can enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible.
We advise you to:
* Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, cleaning products, and other chemical products.
* Take off your jewelry when showering, swimming, exercising, and sleeping.
* Store your jewelry dry, preferably in a jewelry box or sealed bag.
* Occasionally polish your silver jewelry with a silver polishing cloth to maintain its natural shine.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes! Our jewellery is designed to be enjoyed every day. Please note that handling your jewellery with care will extend its lifespan and ensure it stays beautiful.
How long does shipping take?
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code, so you can easily follow your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. Any promotions, such as free shipping above a certain order amount, will be applied automatically.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return your order within the applicable return period, provided that the piece of jewellery is unworn and in its original condition. You can find all conditions on our returns page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Has your order not yet been processed or shipped? Then we will be happy to see what is still possible.
Do you also sell vintage items?
Yes! Vintage is where it all started for us and remains an important part of Moss and Myth. That's why you'll still occasionally find carefully selected vintage treasures in our collection. As these items are unique, there is usually only one of each available.
