How does claiming work during our TikTok live stream?

Shopping during our livestream is fun and very easy!

1. View the jewelry

During the livestream, we show all the jewelry one by one. Each piece of jewelry is in a numbered tray, so you can easily indicate which item you mean.

2. Request a close-up

Do you want to take a closer look at a piece of jewelry? Feel free to ask us to show a specific number up close. We'll gladly show it again so you can make a good choice.

3. Claim your favorite

Have you found your perfect piece of jewelry? Then type 'claim' in the chat. We will reserve the jewelry for you immediately.

Please note: a claim is binding. By claiming an item, you agree to the purchase.

4. We create your claim

After the livestream, we will place your claimed items on our website under the heading 'Livestream Claims'. There you will find your TikTok username with all the jewelry you have claimed.

5. Settle your claims

Add the claimed items to your shopping cart and pay for them via the website.

Claims must be settled within 48 hours after the livestream. This way, we keep our livestreams fair for everyone and can keep the stock up-to-date.

6. Choose: shipping or saving

After payment, you can choose what you want:

  • Direct shipping: We will send your order to you as soon as possible.
  • Saving: You pay for your order immediately, but we safely store your jewelry for you. This way, you can continue shopping during subsequent livestreams and combine multiple orders into one shipment.

You can save your paid orders indefinitely. Let us know when you want your package to be shipped.

7. Free shipping

When the total amount of your saved orders is €250 or more, we will ship your package for free.
